How to file a claim

  The applicant must file its application notice online via the CJT’s online filing platform, the eRegistry.

  The Tribunal will notify the respondent (by way of email) of the application.

• 03

  To respond to the application, the respondent will be required to file a Respondent’s Notice online via the CJT’s eRegistry within 7 days of receipt of the application.

• 04

  The Tribunal will then hand down its decision within 30 days of the final submission. The decision will be in both the English and Arabic language and will be available on the Tribunal’s site for public viewing.
